Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service - waited over 5 weeks for phone case arrived - advised I already bought a case elsewhere and credit my card with money owed. Still waiting for a refund……. Very disappointing and very poor customer service - you’ve been warned!

Awful company. Items are made from cheap garbage. £30 pounds for a glass screen protector and it came smashed to bits.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered the Defender for iPhone and screen protection for £54. Otterbox took the money out of my account, but never sent a confirmation email, let alone the products.
I've tried to contact company via form on website, PayPal, Instagram and email. No answer from Otterbox, and definitely no products!
A TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Update: Otterbox has admitted to never sending any order to me, but they are also saying they never took any money from my account. My bank has confirmed that the funds have left my account, they are not just 'reserved' as Otterbox claims. Also, funds are not 'reserved' for 2 weeks!
Otterbox refuses to respond to any kind of communication. I send them multiple emails and web forms every day.
My bank has opened a claim against Otterbox.
Update: Otterbox now tries to blame me and say I must have ordered under a different name and address! No, I'm not James Bond! I only use one name and I only have one address.

Terrible phone case
Terrible phone case. I'd read good things but my phone's back glass smashed after falling off a low table onto a wooden floor. The case collects dust and stuff in-between the phone and the case and has made loads of scratches all over the sides of the phone. I honestly think this case has caused more damage than it has prevented and would strongly advise against this company.
Appalling customer service.
This customer service from otterbox is an absolute DISGRACE. I have been trying to contact them week on week for over 2 months now to try get a refund and it's proving IMPOSSIBLE. In that time I haven't even gotten a response from them. It is an absolute disgrace. I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase another product from them.

Terrible customer service, won’t let you return anything
I have always liked OtterBox phone cases but would never buy from them again. I’ve been trying to return an item now for over a month and they just completely ignore every request so you can’t get details to make the return. There’s no other way to return so now I’m just stuck with a product I can’t use.

Awful customer service! AVOID!
Awful. Take ages to reply! It’s been 2 weeks now that I’ve been trying to get a faulty SCREEN PROTECTOR I purchased from them at £40. They’re asking for stupid things like a picture with the faulty product and a piece of paper with my name and dare on. How ridiculous?! I’ve never been asked to do such a thing before! No one seems to have a clue what is going on. I was asked for my address and receipt on multiple occasions by a variety of people! Seriously shocking customer service!!!!

Appalling customer services to the point almost of being a scam
Phone cases are great but customer service is a disgrace, almost to the point of being a scam. They make it virtually impossible to return items. They just about comply with EU/UK consumer law, by permitting a refund at the customer's cost. However, you can only return an item after you have been provided with instructions about how to make a return, which you need to request from Otterbox (information about how to make a return is not made available on their website) - the instructions were only received after sending several chaser emails via customer services. The return process is not automated or tracked by Otterbox. I returned an item but never heard from them ever again, let alone receive the refund. This was not a surprise based on the experience I had with customer services, however it is a disgrace.

Poor quality and disappointing service
Bought an Otterbox Symmetry iPhone 12 case. It got disfigured after 8 months, the rubber that sticks to the phone loosened, meaning it no longer snuggly fit the phone. Otterbox refused to honour the guarantee (supposedly 7 years!) and instead asked to contact the seller. The seller (an online retailer) refused the warranty as they said they only honour it for first 6 months!! As a customer, you get stuck between the seller and Otterbox!! Overall really disappointing experience and wont ever buy an Otterbox ever again!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Doesn't send a prepaid label for returns and would expect you to shoulder the cost of shipping. Worst is they want you to send it back to the netherlands and im in the UK. Dont order!

Awful all round....
I ordered a defender case for my Ipad pro, the internal stand broke while I was removing the case lid(how??); I attempted to claim under warranty, they have now gone silent despite repeated attempts to contact them. In short:
GARBAGE product
GARBAGE customer service.

React series case for Galaxy…
Bought React series case for Galaxy A53. As other reviewers have said it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive from Netherlands. Case itself is disappointing for 2 reasons ... synthetic rubber is not very grippy so phone slips out of hand easily; it also seems to generate static which attracts dust to screen, especially around edge where screen meets case. Will be looking for a better alternative.

Definitely not 'military standard' protection
Purchased this for its 'military standard' protection against drops, however my partner has been using his OtterBox case for less than a year and today he dropped his phone and the entire back of the phone smashed, as well as partially cracked the front of the screen. Recommend CASETiFY for protection instead - I've been using my case for over two years and have never had any damage.

Really impressive service.
I had a severe scratch on the clear screen of an Otterbox for my iPhone. I sent an email to Otterbox and after a very friendly and helpful email from their Customer Services, I received a free replacement within a few days. It was a great experience from this Company.

Scammers
They state 8-10 working days for delivery but then when it doesn't arrive, blame Brexit/Covid and say you have to wait and additional 4 weeks to ask for a replacement order to be sent out.
I've placed an order for nearly £50 for a case for a brand new phone and I now have to choose between leaving it unprotected for upto a month, or pay out for another case from elsewhere and pay for the return shipping of this one to Holland myself.
Absolute scammers.
Update - have now contacted my bank who will be opening up a dispute against Otterbox.
